Rally Behind Your Team at Rally House

No matter what teams you root for, chances are you’ll find the right gear to support them at Rally House. This fast-growing sports apparel chain is about to enter the Dubuque area in two locations. One Rally House store will be inside Kennedy Mall, in a 3,700 square foot space near Center Court. The other store will be located in Asbury Plaza, occupying over 8,000 square feet of space between Sierra Trading Post and Famous Footwear. It is anticipated that both stores will open in June.

Rally House is a specialty sports store that prides itself in its ability to offer an expansive selection of apparel, gifts, home decor and other types of licensed merchandise representing NCAA, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and MLS teams. Rally House also carries local novelties and regional-inspired items customized and tailored to the specific collegiate and professional teams in that area. The Return of GNC

GNC is Back

For decades, a favorite stop for health-conscious Americans has been General Nutrition Center, better known as GNC. After a brief hiatus, GNC is returning to Kennedy Mall in Dubuque. The store will reopen on Monday, May 22 in its familiar location near the mall’s main entrance. The 1,240 square foot retail space will be filled with all the products have come to enjoy, including nutritional supplements, vitamins, weight management formulations, beauty care and fitness accessories.

GNC, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a leading global health and wellness brand that provides high-quality, science-based products and solutions consumers need to live mighty, live fit, and Live Well.

Along with opening of GNC, Kennedy Mall visitors will soon be able to enjoy another new addition. HomeGoods will debut at Kennedy Mall later this year. A formal opening date has not yet been announced. The new HomeGoods will occupy a spacious 24,217 square foot location next to HuHot Mongolian Grill. Books-A-Million, which is currently located in that spot, will be moving to a new 12,212 square foot space that in part of the former Younkers store. Both HomeGoods and Books-A-Million will be accessible from both the exterior of the mall and the interior concourse.

HomeGoods offers an ever-changing mix of merchandise, including furniture, rugs, lighting, soft home, decorative accessories, tabletop, cookware, and much more. Introduced in 1992, HomeGoods operates across the U.S. including Puerto Rico. It is part of the TJX family of retailers.

HomeGoods to call Kennedy Mall Home

One of the nation’s most popular destination for housewares and home décor is on its way to Dubuque, Iowa. HomeGoods will debut at Kennedy Mall in the near future. The new HomeGoods will occupy a spacious 24,217 square foot location next to HuHot Mongolian Grill. Books-A-Million, which is currently located in that spot, will be moving to a new 12,212 square foot space that in part of the former Younkers store. Both HomeGoods and Books-A-Million will be accessible from both the exterior of the mall and the interior concourse. Another popular shop, Captured on Canvas, will relocate to a new, larger location across from Bath & Body Works.

Work is currently underway to create the new store spaces for HomeGoods and Books-A-Million. An exact opening date for both has not been established but will be announced in the coming months.
